JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Stutsman County United Way will be kicking off their 2021-2022 campaign on July 23rd with their golf event This Putts For “U”.

United Way is an international network of over 1,800 local nonprofit fundraising affiliates. Becky Kercher is a member of the Stutsman County group.

Kercher says at this time, they’re currently seeking more board members to help them fulfil the requests of the 13 different agencies in Stutsman County that they serve.

Known for their Easter Egg Hunt in your Backyard, Kercher says their excited to return the golf event this summer too. With these fundraisers, they continue to move closer to their goal of supporting the agencies in Stutsman County.

The golf event is a lead up to Buffalo Days in Jamestown at the Jamestown Country Club from 12 PM until done. Participants will play 9 holes of golf, enjoy snacks and beverages compliments of Valley Sales. To register, call 701-952-UWAY (8929) or visit jamestownunitedway.org.
