JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown’s biggest celebration of history and community is scheduled for July 24th & 25th.
Formally known as White Cloud Days, Buffalo Days invites community and surrounding area to make it a Jamestown weekend.
Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Emily Bivens says the reason the weekend is so full of stuff is the involvement of many different entities including the Jamestown Arts Center, Jamestown Fire Department, Classic Car Clubs, Historic 1883 Courthouse, and Fort Seward among many others.
The day begins with the return of the Jamestown Fire Department’s Pancake Breakfast from 7 AM to 12 PM.
Bivens says the big Buffalo Days Parade will be held again on Saturday on 1st Avenue.
Other events include a live concert at the Historic Courthouse and McElroy Park, YPJ Cornhole Tournament, James Valley Offroaders Mud Drags, and more. A full schedule for Buffalo Days can be found by clicking here.
