VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Administrator Gwen Crawford had another update on the Streetscape project along Central Avenue and Main Street. She also had an update on projects along 2nd Avenue NE from 5th Street to 7th Street NE as well as 7th Avenue West in Valley City.
