Valley City, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An Open Door student, Nick Lemier has volunteered to water flowers in downtown Valley City this summer.

Lemier and many other Open Door students and adults water these flowers downtown daily. The flowers are part of the annual Beautification Committee project in downtown Valley City.
