VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Police Department is notifying the public of a High-Risk Sex Offender that has violated his parole and probation requirements.
Leslie Raymond Allery tampered with his ankle monitor and authorities need verification to see if he is still in the area. Authorities are searching for the 42 year-old white male who is 6’1″ 255 pounds.
