TOLNA, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Carrington Post 25 poured on the runs and hits against the Owls of Nelson County Post 182 Friday night scoring 25 runs on 23 hits and they get the victory 25-6 in five innings. Post 25 improves to 3-0 overall and 3-0 in district 4 play, NC drops to 0-3 in the district.

At the plate for Carrington, Grady Shipman and Lucas Hendrickson had one single, three doubles, scored four runs and knocked in three each. Post 25 had 15 singles and seven doubles. Brody Hoyt had two hits for the Owls.

Next up for Carrington will be on Monday in Carrington against New Rockford, KDAK will have the game starting at 2pm.
