VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The District North Dakota Special Olympics State Summer Games was canceled earlier this week due to the excessive heat.
But, that didn’t stop Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch runner Brandon Stoddart who ran in his 9th run on Thursday, June 3rd along with a dozen more officers. Stoddart is a staff development officer for the James River Correctional Center.
