VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City High School Senior Olivia Slyter signed with Concordia College of Moorhead, Minnesota to compete on their Speech Team this coming fall for the Cobbers.

Valley City Public School District Activities Director Mike Schultz said we wish Olivia Slyter all the best as she starts a new chapter in her life with Concordia College.
