JAMESTOWN, ND. (Jimmiepride.com) – Nine University of Jamestown track and field athletes earned all-conference honors based on their finishes at the GPAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Seward, Neb.

Braedon Gumke (JR/Watford City, N.D.) was second in the pole vault, setting a new personal best of 4.80 meters while reaching the qualifying mark for nationals.

Nik Herman (SR/Glasgow, Mont.) was fifth in the javelin with a personal best throw of 49.38 meters.

Jorden Morales (FR/Phoenix, Ariz.) was sixth in the discus (46.84 meters)

Noah Mang (JR/West Chester, Ohio) took seventh in the 800 meters with a time of 2:00.15.

Braeden Knutson (SO/Casselton, N.D.) was eighth in the 400 hurdles, running a time of 57.58 to set a new personal best.

For the women, Jordynn Toliver (SO/Box Elder, S.D.) was fifth in the heptathlon with a career-best 4390 points, fifth in the javelin (35.46 meters), and was eighth in the long jump (5.33 meters).

Naja Whitehead (SO/Tacoma, Wash.) was sixth in the triple jump with a new personal best of 10.81 meters.

Anni Stier (SO/Rugby, N.D.) ran 1:07.14 in the 400 hurdles for a new personal best while Meghan Orr (SR/Ypsilanti, N.D.) was eighth with a time of 1:07.47.

The top eight in each event and top three relays are considered GPAC All-Conference.
