BISMARCK, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – The red hot Jamestown Blue Jay softball team finally saw its win streak come to an end on Tuesday night as the Jays lost 7-2 and 3-2 on the road at Bismarck High.

Bismarck High now holds the second spot in the WDA with an 11-3 record and the tiebreaker over Jamestown. Dickinson is still in first place in the conference at 11-1, and Century (10-4) and Minot (9-5) round out the top five.

Jamestown is 15-5 on the year with an 11-3 conference record. The Blue Jays are currently in third place in the WDA and will face Minot in a conference doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 1 pm from Lyle Trapper Field. Jamestown will first travel to West Fargo Sheyenne for a non-conference game at 6:30 pm on Friday.
