FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) A Lisbon man pleaded guilty in Federal Court to destruction of government property for damaging the entrance to Senator Hoeven’s downtown Fargo office last December.

Video showed 30-year-old Thomas Starks using an ax to smash the glass and the intercom of the office in the skyway.

Damage was more than a thousand dollars. Starks will be sentenced later. The F-B-I, U-S Capitol Police, Fargo Police and the Cass County Sheriff’s office investigated the incident.
