JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The NDSU Extension Service in Stutsman County will continue their ongoing virtual series “Nourish Your Body and Mind” this month.

Extension Agent Christina Rittenbach says this virtual program is created off of information the Extension Service has continued to provide to the public.

This month will feature two topics with the first on April 12th entitled “Nourish Your Skin.” Rittenbach says they’ll have information on how to identify what damages skin and protective measures you can take.

On April 26th, they’ll have “Know Your Prescription & Nonprescription Medications.”

Each program is free and available to anyone who’s interested. Rittenbach says previous topics can also be accessed by visiting their website and registering for the topic of interest. You can then take the program at your own pace.

Those who may not have the ability or equipment to view the programs can also contact the Stutsman County NDSU Extension Office to take the program there.
