JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – When it comes to slow child development, early intervention could be key.

The Anne Carlsen Center has numerous departments that focus on early intervention in children from birth to 3 years-old. Tory Krueger is the Operations Manager for the Central Region.

The Anne Carlsen Center boasts a full team of experienced early interventionists with multiple years of experience. Specialists in Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, social workers, and early childhood special educators screen children and provide the needed care to families in the region.

Krueger says they are able to hold screenings in multiple parts of the state.

Locally, Anne Carlsen Center offers free developmental screenings in Jamestown at Meidinger Square Mall at 311 1st Ave. S from 3 PM to 7 PM. These screenings are held the 4th Thursday of the month with the next one scheduled for Thursday, March 25th.
