JAMESTOWN, ND. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association has released its 2021 Class A girls All-State list and senior Grace Hegerle of Jamestown took home second-team honors for the second consecutive year.
Hegerle, also an All-WDA team member for two seasons, was second on the Blue Jays in points scored at 12.8 per game. The senior grabbed more than 120 rebounds throughout the year and led Jamestown in free throw shooting percentage at 77%. The Blue Jays girls basketball made it to the state tournament for the first time since 2014 behind Hegerle’s leadership all season long. The full all-state list can be seen below.
