FORT TOTTEN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com-KFGO) – Multiple sources are reporting that the FBI is investigation an officer involved shooting in the Fort Totten, ND area that left one man dead on Wednesday, March 18th.

A man was shot by a BIA Police officer following a pursuit and struggle after the officer conducted a traffic stop. Three other people in the man’s car were not hurt.

The man who died has been identified as 44 year-old David Suarez.
