LITCHVILLE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A 17 year-old Enderlin juvenile is facing charges following an accident East of Litchville Monday afternoon.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports a 2016 Chevy Cruze was traveling westbound on Highway 46 when the juvenile driver entered the Highway 1 intersection. The driver failed to see a northbound 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, which struck the back of the Cruze with the front driver side.

The Cruze was towed from the scene and the Monte Carlo was driven to the gas station located south of the intersection just after 4:30 PM.

No injuries were reported. The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol. They were assisted by the Barnes County Sheriff’s Office.
