CARRINGTON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – CHI Market President Mariann Doeling says they’re seeing a small uptick in COVID-19 cases in the area.

While numbers have continued their downward trend, Doeling says they’ve seen small upticks every so often during the pandemic.

Doeling says the county is around an 18% rate, but that changes day to day with every positive and recovered COVID-19 case. She says COVID activity is still in the community.

Doeling says Foster County is doing well in vaccination rates. She says they should be receiving more vaccines as time goes on.

She encourages anyone interested in receiving a vaccination to contact any of the area public health entities offering any of the vaccines available.
