JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The NDSU Extension Service in Stutsman County will continue their ongoing virtual series “Nourish Your Body and Mind” this month.

Extension Agent Christina Rittenbach says this virtual program has been well received since they began it in November of last year.

Rittenbach says previous virtual sessions are still available for participants to register for.

On March 15th, the focus will be Nourish Your Bones & Joints.

Then on March 29th, Rittenbach says they’ll present information with Nourish Your Digestive System.

Each program is free and available to anyone who’s interested. The information can then be taken at your own pace.

Those who may not have the ability or equipment to view the programs can also contact the Stutsman County NDSU Extension Office to take the program there.
