VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A driver lost control of his vehicle while attempting to park it in an underground garage in Valley City on Friday, February 19th.
Valley City Police Chief Phil Hatcher said the driver may have suffered a medical incident before the collision. The vehicle came to rest after it struck a pillar inside the garage shortly after 12:05pm. The driver was transported to Mercy Hospital and pronounced dead.
