(NAFB) – National FFA Week is February 20-27, and it’s set aside as a time to share what FFA is and the impact it has on members every day. Kristy Meyer is the Communications Manager for the National FFA Organization. She says the week is an opportunity to spread the word about the benefits of FFA.
Each FFA chapter does different activities to help celebrate FFA Week. The national organization encourages different themes during each day of the week.
One of the biggest goals of FFA Week is to answer the public’s questions about the organization.
Meyer says there are still people who don’t realize students don’t have to live on a farm to be involved in FFA.
