JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – During the week of March 8th, the Jamestown Regional Entrepreneur Center will be hosting a virtual Women’s Business Conference week designed to engage women in business to discuss important topics.

One of those speakers will be Kelsey Joy Buell, a motivational speaker and coach with Compass Leadership Advisors.

Buell says they help solve “people problems” within organizations. She says she’ll bring the topic of workplace burnout.

During her topic discussion on Tuesday, March 9th, Buell says she will touch on five main reasons why people leave their job, how to identify signs of burnout, burnout prevention strategies, and more.
