WEST FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com/Abby Ingstad) – This past weekend the Valley City High School Hi-Liner Speech team was back in action with the first tournament of the 2021 season. On Saturday, February 13th, VCHS traveled to the West Fargo Sheyenne Speech Invitational. Our team is thankful for in-person tournaments and the ability to compete. No sweepstakes awards were given out.
