FARGO, N.D. (AgNews890.com) – North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum has issued an executive order aimed at cutting delays in delivery for propane, gasoline, and diesel fuels in North Dakota.

Burgum issued the order granting a waiver of hours of service requirements for those who drive commercial vehicles that transport propane, gasoline, and diesel fuels.  Because of the winter weather, there is an increasing demand for fuels.

While the order waives some requirements, all road safety and vehicle compliance regulations still apply.  The waiver is in effect for 30 days.
