JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The NDSU Extension Service in Stutsman County will continue their ongoing virtual series “Nourish Your Body and Mind” this month.
Extension Agent Christina Rittenbach says this virtual program is created off of information the Extension Service has had for a while. All the information is distributed for the participant to take at their own pace and is available to anyone at any time.
This month, Rittenbach says they’ll have information heart health, which was opened to registrants on February 8th.
On February 22nd, Rittenbach says the focus will then be on eye health.
Each program is free and available to anyone who’s interested. Rittenbach says previous topics can also be accessed by visiting their website and registering for the topic of interest. You can then take the program at your own pace.
Those who may not have the ability or equipment to view the programs can also contact the Stutsman County NDSU Extension Office to take the program there.
