The Blue Jay boys hockey team saw their 10 game winning streak come to an end Thursday night in the Capital City as Bismarck Century skated away with a 4-1 victory.
Century swept the season series and handed Jamestown its first loss since December 20th.
The Patriots snapped a 1-1 tie with a pair of goals in the second and put the game away with a third period goal with 6:55 remaining.
Jamestown’s lone goal came in period one on the power play courtesy of Sophomore Nolan Nenow as he banged in his 18th of the season. Seniors Jace Thompson and Jacoby Nold assisted.
Jamestown outshot the Patriots 40-32 and went 1-5 on the power play.
The Blue Jays slip to 11-3 and Century bumped its winning streak to seven in a row and boosted its record to 9-2.
