JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A man is in custody and facing possible charges of terrorizing after an incident in northeast Jamestown Monday.
Kyle Wegleitner, 30, is currently being held in the Stutsman County Correctional Center on two ending charges of terrorizing. He is accused of becoming involved in an altercation Monday afternoon in the 800 block of 7th street Northeast. Police say he was speaking to an acquaintance when another male pushing a bike approached.
Police say he then brandished a weapon. He was accused of displaying a weapon and making threats to the same individual later in the afternoon. He was taken into custody just before 3 AM Tuesday.
Wegleitner is being held pending formal charges. Police say other charges are possible pending investigation.
