VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Love’s Travel Stops is now serving customers in Valley City. The store, is located off I-94 south of exit 292. The store adds over 40 jobs and 85 truck parking spaces to Barnes County.
“We’re excited to continue to open new locations to help get professional drivers and four-wheel customers back on the road quickly and safely in 2021,” said Greg Love, co-CEO of Love’s. “We’ve added our third location in North Dakota. Our team members are ready to serve new and existing customers.”
Love’s District Manager Matt Edwards said the company is looking forward to serving customers in this area.
Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Kay Vinje said it’s great to have two new Chamber businesses in our community.
Michael Doherty, the owner of the McDonald’s inside the Travel Stop said he and his team are excited to be a part of this community. He said due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be no seating allowed inside the new store at this time.
Love’s spokeswoman Caitlin Campbell said in honor of the Grand Opening, Love’s will donate $2,000 to the Abused Person’s Outreach Center in Valley City, North Dakota.
