WEST FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Five players scored in double figures for West Fargo as the Packers picked up a 72-53 win over Valley City in Eastern Dakota Conference girl’s basketball Tuesday night in West Fargo.

Chloe Pfau and Miriley Simon led the Packers with 15 points each. Ashlyn Diemert totaled 13 points, while Jessica Walsvik and Taylor Van Winkle each had 11. Walvik had a game high 11 rebounds. Van Winkle had four assists and five steals. Brynn  Giesen had a team high six assists.

Brooke Eggermont paced Valley City with 12 points. Peyton Pederson had eight points, four rebounds and two steals. Jadyn Dieterle had seven points, five rebounds, four assists and two steals.

West Fargo improved to 7-2 both overall and in the EDC, while Valley City now sits at 3-6 overall 2-6 in the EDC.
