JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – i3G Media announces the addition of Jarin Mathney to the i3G Media Jamestown staff as Sports Director.

Matheny will be the voice of the Jamestown Blue Jays & University of Jamestown Jimmies. He will be based in their Jamestown broadcast center, home to Big Dog Country 95.5 FM, TED 97.1/102.7/103.1 HD2, Q101, the Raven 103.1 FM and Jamestown 107.1 FM/AM 1400.

Matheny is a Huntington, Indiana native and a 2020 graduate of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Digital Sports Production. He has called a wide variety of sports including two seasons of Ball St. women’s basketball, one season of play-by-play for Ball St. football, and two summers of play-by-play for Green Bay Booyah baseball.
