Norma Kaiser, 71, of Jamestown, North Dakota died on Thursday, December 24, 2020 in Bismarck, North Dakota. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a celebration of life service will be held in the Spring, 2021. The Eddy Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
