JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – One Jamestown 10 year-old is hoping to share her message with a bigger audience as she competes for Miss Preteen North Dakota International.

Clara Seckerson lives in Jamestown with her Mom, Dad, and two brothers. She said she had a strong desire to run for Miss Preteen North Dakota.

Seckerson says her platform will be the Golden Rule.

Seckerson will be competing against several other Miss Preteen’s across the state in several categories including fun fashion, evening gown, and private interview.

She hopes winning the crown and competing for Miss Preteen American will help her spread her message to more people who need to hear it.
