JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – In November, the NDSU Extension Service of Stutsman County rolled out their virtual programs focusing on body and mind.

Extension Agent Christina Rittenbach says these planned virtual programs, entitled “Nourish Your Body & Mind”, have been well received. Each month through the Spring, they’ll be offering two self-paced programs on different topics.

Rittenbach says participants can register for the sessions and take in the information on their own time when they become available. She says they’ll continue with two important topics this month.

Participants are asked to register and will receive a link to the materials when they become available. Rittenbach added that if you miss any of the series, you can register for the ones you missed and they’ll send you the information.

Those who may not have the ability or equipment to view the programs can also contact the Stutsman County NDSU Extension Office to take the program there.

Click here to register for one or both programs. You can also visit the Stutsman County NDSU Extension Facebook page, call 701-252-9030 or visit ag.ndsu.edu/stutsmancountyextension for details.
