BISMARCK, N.D. (Prairie Public Radio) – A new rule for the upcoming 2021 Legislative session would require lawmakers and others to be masked-up – when they’re in the chambers.
The House and Senate Majority Leaders say this is being done to “err on the side of caution.”

This afternoon, the two chambers will be debating the temporary rules for the organizational session – which includes the mask mandate. Thursday morning, the two chambers will look at adopting the rules for the 2021 session.
