CARRINGTON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – It’s a busy holiday season for the Carrington Chamber of Commerce.

Executive Director Laurie Dietz says they’re once again holding their community decorating contest “Light Up The Night” in Carrington.

Dietz says you can nominate a house by calling the Chamber Office at 701-652-2524 or email chambergal@daktel.com.

With the holidays around the corner, Dietz says they also have Christmas Cash available.

Dietz says they have a long list of area businesses and services that will accept the Christmas Cash.

She added they are also looking for entries in their Christmas Around Town parade on November 30th. The parade will motor down Main Street at 5:30 PM starting in the Police Department’s parking lot.

The public is encouraged to watch from inside their vehicles or social distance from each other along the parade route. Masks are essential.
