JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The NDSU Extension Service of Stutsman County will be introducing their virtual programs this month and expect them to continue through Spring.

“Nourish Your Body and Mind” will feature two self-paced programs monthly and focus on a variety of different topics.

Extension Agent Christina Rittenbach added that she wanted to revamp the program to make it virtual and accessible by many people in a safe environment.

She says the program is free and all they ask is that you register for the program of your choice.

The first month will include “Nourish Your Immune System” on November 16th.

Then on November 30th, they’ll have the topic “Manage Stress for Better Health”.

Click here to register for one or both programs. You can also visit the Stutsman County NDSU Extension Facebook page, call 701-252-9030 or visit ag.ndsu.edu/stutsmancountyextension for details.
