JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – It appears 2020 General Election ballot numbers in Stutsman County were down slightly compared to 2016.
Stutsman County Interim Auditor Jessica Alonge says there were 10,024 ballots cast in the 2020 General Election.
Alonge says in the 2016 General Election, Stutsman County had 6,463 election day ballots, 1,487 absentee ballots, and 2,395 early votes.
Amidst the pandemic, Alonge says things ran very smoothly at the Jamestown Civic Center.
The Civic Center was the only physical polling location for Stutsman County.
Votes will be canvassed on Monday, November 9th at the Stutsman County Courthouse at 10 AM.
