VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – An 18 year-old Valley City man faces charges following the hit and run of a parked ND Highway Patrol vehicle on Sunday, October 25th around 1:30pm.
The incident occurred in the 1100 block of 6th Avenue Northeast in Valley City.
Police Chief Phil Hatcher said a witness reported the hit and run. The 18 year-old driver was located and cited for care required in operating a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident.
His court appearance is set for Tuesday, November 3rd in the Barnes County courthouse.
