JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – For more than 100 years, NDSU Extension has extended education from North Dakota State University to residents of all ages and walks of life.

“Our efforts have a special emphasis on strengthening agriculture and developing the potential of youth, adults and communities,” he service stated.

The NDSU Extension service is seeking public input at this time and asking for surveyors to give what they feel are the greatest issues currently facing the state.

“[Which] will in turn assist us in prioritizing our programming,” the service says.

The NDSU Extension will also be holding community input sessions on numerous days through November.

“[We are] convening these community conversations with people from across the state to talk about issues that affect our daily lives. These forums will provide an opportunity for you to connect with others, and share the opportunities and challenges you see for North Dakotans in the years ahead.”

NDSU Extension Facilitators will assist in these conversations.

“We are planning interactive sessions that will give each participant an opportunity to share ideas in small online groups. A community forum summary will be created and shared with all attendees, elected officials and NDSU Extension professionals after all sessions are completed.”

There is a limit to the number of participants who can join each Zoom session, so if the session you register for is full, please consider registering for another date and time.
