JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Chamber of Commerce Local & Regional Issues committee will be hosting a District 12 Candidate Forum virtually on Wednesday, October 14th.

The live forum will be held on the Jamestown Chamber of Commerce’s Facebook page. Chamber Executive Director Emily Bivens says the committee had discussed an in-person forum, but decided to go virtual once again.

Bivens added that they hosted a virtual forum back in June for the primaries and those candidates.

Candidates for District 12 include for the House of Representatives Republican incumbents Bernie Satrom and Mitch Ostlie and Democrats George Barnes and Pam Musland. In the State Senate, candidates include Republican Cole Conley and Democratic incumbent John Grabinger.

The forum is expected to begin at 7 PM.
