JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Legally licensed residents and nonresidents 15 years and younger will be able to hunt pheasants statewide this weekend.
The Stutsman County Wildlife Federation (SCWF) will be sponsoring a youth pheasant hunt on Sunday, October 4th beginning at 1 PM.
SCWF member Ken Anderson says while the whole weekend is youth pheasant season, they’ll only be hosting theirs Sunday.
The daily limit will be 3 with a possession limit of 6. Shooting hours for the youth pheasant season will be 30 minutes before sunrise to sunset. The Stutsman County hunt will be just south of Jamestown.
