VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Valley City garbage truck started smoldering and the debris inside the truck began to burn about 1:40pm on Tuesday, September 29th.
Valley City Public Works crews reacted quickly and dumped the burning garbage in a vacant lot and waited for firefighters to arrive on the scene to put the fire out. No injuries reported. The cause of the fire has not been released.
