FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – The mother of a college student who died while working as an undercover informant for a drug task force says she and her husband are disappointed.
The State Supreme Court has upheld the decision of a district court judge who dismissed a wrongful death lawsuit against Richland County, the Sheriff’s office and a deputy in the 2014 death of 20 year-old Andrew Sadek. Tammy and her husband believe their son was murdered.
Sadek says the court may be asked to reconsider it’s decision. The body of Andrew Sadek was found in the Red River north of Wahpeton about two months after his disappearance. He had a bullet wound to the head and rocks in his backpack.
