ELLENDALE, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The majestic Ellendale Opera House renovations are beginning to ramp up.
The historic 1909 building celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2009 and has been used for numerous events. Presently, the lobby is used for Art Exhibits, theatrical performances, and private parties.
In 2010, a new facade around the front windows and new subfloor were put down in the second floor auditorium were installed.
Executive Director Justin Meidinger says now they’re getting ready to do even more work.
Meidinger says they’ll begin ramping up the renovations and even more fundraising soon.
