WISHEK, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Wishek, North Dakota man is currently facing multiple charges and being held on $50,000 bond after being found with stolen property, vehicle, and plates.
Jordan Lee Walth, 39, was arrested on warrants at 411 2nd Avenue North on September 2nd. Wishek Police report that stolen property was found that included a vehicle and other property from McIntosh and Logan Counties. It’s estimated that there was more than $5,000 in missing property found in his possession.
Further investigation found a gold Nissan Pathfinder with incorrect plates, which were found to be stolen from another vehicle. Walth was arrested and cited for possession of a stolen motor vehicle, possession of stolen property, and unlawful use of plates. He was also wanted on several warrants in Logan County.
He is currently being held in the Stutsman County Correctional Center.
