VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – About five weeks ago, a heavy rainfall washed out a culvert on Barnes County Road 19 northwest of the U.S. Fish Hatchery.
Highway Roads Superintendent Kerry Johnson said the contractor is installing an emergency culvert as a temporary fix. He said they are working hard to get the project finished and the road open.
The culvert repair project is located two miles northwest of Valley City along the river road.
