JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser says there’s been a lot of calls received regarding the intersection of 35th Street SE & 87th Avenue SE.
Sheriff Kaiser says to help alleviate some of these issues, he was proposing flashing stop signs at the intersection.
Sheriff Kaiser says the road should be striped to help show the turning lanes at the intersection and it would be a good investment by the county.
The commission requested that Sheriff Kaiser look into a possible cost share with the city of Jamestown for the project to stripe and place the flashing stop signs.
The commission unanimously approved the project pending cost share with the city.
