CLEVELAND, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – When Jacqueline Langston relocated from Washington to the Prairie Pothole Region, she immediately fell in love with North Dakota.
With her, she brings her expertise in avian taxidermy.
“I’ve been a taxidermist for 3 years,” Langston stated. “I knew I was meant to be a taxidermist with my love of waterfowl.”
Studying under Waterfowl Taxidermy Instructor Matt Smith and with her love of birds, Langston has opened her own business in Cleveland where she will specialize in waterfowl.
“I’m an Avian Taxidermist,” Langston explained. “It’s amazing to call a place with so many opportunities to observe and hunt waterfowl my home. My vision as an artist is to tastefully present each bird with clean lines in a simplistic modern style.”
Langston is a mother of a farmer and is says she’s a proud dog mom. When she’s not working on birds, she’s out watching them.
Her business is Timber Hen Taxidermy. You can follow her Instagram at timber_hen_taxidermy or call 360-855-8733 for more information.
