FARGO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Another team record fell for Valley City Wednesday as the Hi-Liners girls competed at a Eastern Dakota Conference  golf meet in at Rose Creek Golf Course in Fargo.

As a team. the Hi-Liners carded a 443, 15 strokes better than the team record set earlier this year at  Bois de Sioux Golf Course in Wahpeton. Brynn Hagen led the way for Valley City with a new personal record 96, 12 strokes better than her old PR set in Wahpeton. According to head coach Annette Beattie, the 96 is one of the best girls scores Valley City has had this decade.

Brinklyn Johnson beat her person record by 22 strokes with a 122. Emma Meilke carded a 108, and Katarina Vachal had a 117. Maggie Dockter shot a 135 and Taylor Yanish a 145.

Valley City will travel back to Fargo next Wednesday for a meet at Edgewood Golf Course.
