VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – There are 14 police officers serving the city of Valley City.
The newest is Zachary Gruba. He was sworn into office by Mayor Dave Carlsrud during a brief ceremony before the city commission meeting on August 18th.
Valley City Police Chief Phil Hatcher said Gruba and two other new police officers will be serving with senior police officers for a few weeks.
