VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Construction crews continue to work on a hill slide near the Canadian Pacific Railway line east of Valley City.
Crews have been working for weeks on reconstructing their rail bed near an unstable hill slide this summer.
Meanwhile, a short distance from there the North Dakota Department of Transportation continues to monitor a hill slide east of Valley City along the I-94 Business Loop.
Earlier this year, local NDDOT District Manager Jay Praska said a contractor will be selected to repair the hill slide later this year.
